Meet Dr. Jen

Hi there, and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to learn a bit more about me. I’ve been on quite a journey, filled with learning and growth… and I can honestly say that I’m thrilled to be living my dream as a speaker and connector. My passion lies in bridging the gaps of life; always keeping human connection and compassion at the core of everything I do, both professionally and personally.

I’ve worn many hats… Associate Director for Workforce Grants, Guidance Counselor, Adjunct Professor, Associate Registrar, Consultant, Director of Human Resources & Operations… even “cake server” (you can read more about that on my blog ). I find great joy in the collaborative work of integrating higher education and workforce development, all while reminding people of our shared humanity and the importance of treating each other with kindness and respect.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology (Medaille College), a Master’s in Counseling and Human Services (Canisius College), and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and Policy (University of Florida).

I’m deeply involved in leadership development consulting and motivational speaking, where I bring my experience and insights to a wide range of organizations, from non-profits to corporate giants.

In my spare time, I focus on both personal and professional growth, giving back to my community and human-kind as a whole by helping and encouraging others to shine.
